Bonefish Grill Is Paradise for Fish Lovers

Bonefish Grill is Paradise for Fish Lovers!

I’m not even going to bore you with needless chit chat.  If you’ve never been to Bonefish Grill – YOU ARE MISSING OUT!  My family and I went to the Bonefish Grill in Greensboro, NC last night and enjoyed some super yummy food and fantastic service (here’s a shout out to our server, Cody and the manger, David Thornton – superb service and attention to detail!).  When you walk into a Bonefish Grill you feel like your walking into a luxury restaurant.  From the linen tablecloths to the flickering candles, the ambiance is simply stunning.

Bonefish has some great spring dishes right now that’ll help you get that summer bod back and tastes delicious doing it!  Here’s the low down on some of the awesome dishes they’re serving up at your local Bonefish Grill.

Bonefish Grill is off to a healthy spring start with its new Georges Bank Scallops, grilled and served on a bed of parmesan risotto, with crispy Applewood bacon and fresh green beans. The fresh fish experts are also offering an Applewood Bacon Wrapped Scallops starter, featuring four tender scallops wrapped in Applewood bacon and topped with mango salsa.

For fish lovers – and just in time for Lent – the Bonefish Grill’s new seasonal menu also features:

  • Rockefeller Atlantic Cobia – Wood-grilled Atlantic Cobia — a moist, firm fish with a sweet yet distinct rich flavor — topped with creamy spinach and lump crab, served with choice of two fresh sides.
  • Cedar Plank Norwegian Salmon – Roasted on a cedar plank, topped with a seasonal glaze of sweet honey and savory Dijon, served with jasmine rice and a vegetable medley of fresh asparagus, button mushrooms, pearl onions, and peas.
  • Kate’s Wild North Atlantic Haddock – Mildly sweet fish, garlic crumb dusted, wood-grilled, topped with feta, artichokes, lemon basil butter sauce, served with mashed potatoes and green beans.

Hungry yet?  I thought so!  You just have to try the Bang Bang Shrimp as your appetizer.  Can I be honest and say this shrimp is one of the main reasons I go to Bonefish?  It is ahhhmazing!  I actually got it as my meal last night (although I shouldn’t have, everyone else at the table just had to grab some off of my plate!).

You just can’t leave without trying the dessert, although I will say – you’ll probably have to share.  By the time dessert comes around you will be stuffed!

In addition, Bonefish Grill just launched a new Hand-Crafted Happy Hour Bar Bites menu served 4-6:30 p.m. every day, including weekends with offerings of sushi-grade Ahi Tuna Poke, as well as Crispy Cod Sliders, Wagyu Beef SlidersCrispy Au Gratin Bites, Mussels Josephine and Crispy Calamari priced at $6 each.

What are you waiting for?  Head on over to your Bonefish Grill – it’s what’s for dinner tonight!

You can call ahead with a reservation and they’ll have your table ready and waiting!
