Another important aspect of downtime has to do with leisure time when you pursue hobbies that put you in a pleasurable flow state. What’s right for you will be completely different from what’s right for someone else. It might be taking up a craft or musical instrument, taking care of a garden, or spending time with a beloved pet. Whatever you choose, be sure that it’s something you love to do.
