Make baking a pleasure, not a chore, with Chicago Metallic!
I recently had the opportunity to sample a few of Chicago Metallic’s bakeware items. While cooking my eleven year old daughter walks into the kitchen and asks, “Mommy, is it Thanksgiving today?” I guess the house smelled really good. After all, I was baking a honey glazed ham, chocolate chip cookies, and lasagna! Those are traditions at our house during the holidays so we had a pre-Thanksgiving feast!
She helped me bake the cookies on the Large Baking Sheet. When they came out of the oven I took a soft spatula and slid one across the pan. She commented, “Wow, they didn’t stick!” We were both impressed.
The Chicago Metallic Everyday Large Baking Sheet is the perfect size (11.75 x 17.25) for a family. Its non-stick surface allows food to be easily scooped up and served. I love the fact that I can bake enough rolls for my large family on one cookie sheet!
The Roast Pan with Rack is also non-stick and comes with a life-time warranty. I used it to bake my honey glazed ham. All of the drizzle dripped into the bottom of the pan, however, the raised rack with handles makes lifting your meat out effortlessly.
Clean up is a breeze with the Roast Pan. All of the drippings in the bottom simply peeled off for easy cleaning. It is also dishwasher safe. I’m in love!
I must admit, I’ve been intrigued by the Lasagna Trio Pan since first site. It is a top seller on Amazon so if you want one, grab it now! It is a lot larger than it looks on the web. I would suggest buying enough ingredients for a traditional lasagna serving.
We made Lasagna with meat sauce, Spinach Lasagna, and Meat-less Lasagna. It’s perfect for offering a variety to your family and guests. I love spinach but my family does not, so it was a real treat for all of us to get what we wanted!
Another easy clean up, the Lasagna Trio Pan features a non-stick surface. All of these items are made well, heavy duty and not flimsy. However, the prices are very affordable. It was a pleasure baking with Chicago Metallic, “The Baking Experts”.

I could really use the Chicago Metallic Everyday Large Baking Sheet. I never seem to find a good one that lasts. This looks like super quality.
I don’t know how many different metallic pans we have bought over the years, because they have scratched or started to rust. I like our food not sticking and coming cleanly off the pans and dishwasher safe! That’s more than the other metallic pans that we have bought did. I like affordablity. Thank for sharing!
I have not seen the lasagna trio pan before but it is something I could use since I have folks who like meat sauce and those who are vegetarian in my family. This would make it so much easier to prepare.
