Poor Man’s Peach Cobbler Recipe


  • 1/2 Stick Butter, Melted
  • 2 Large Cans Sliced Peaches
  • 1 1/2 Cup Bisquik Mix
  • 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla


  1. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam or Bakers Joy (whichever you prefer for nonstick)
  2. Drain Peaches and pour into pan
  3. Mix all other ingredients EXCEPT butter and pour over peaches
  4. Pour melted butter over mixture
  5. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown
