Listerine 21 Day Oral Healthcare Challenge – The Results

The Official Listerine 21 Day Oral Health Challenge is coming to an end. Here are my results!

In my initial post, I mentioned that I am a coffee drinker and sometimes brush 4 times per day to have a clean mouth.  I learned that brushing alone just isn’t good enough.  While participating in the Listerine 21 Day Challenge I did the challenge routine twice daily.  My mouth has felt cleaner and I know my breath is fresher.  I feel more confident around people.  I used to constantly chew gum because of my insecurity of having bad breath.  It feels great to have that confidence back!

Besides enjoying more confidence, knowing that we are doing everything we can to obtain better dental hygiene is so important!  The 21 Day oral healthcare challenge has truly been a family event.  My children really love Listerine Smart Rinse and my favorite is Listerine Antiseptic.  When you first begin using the Antiseptic, you may experience a mild burning sensation.  After using it a few times you should experience the opposite effect – a cooling sensation. That tells me that it is working.  My mouth is cleaner!  There have been days when we have to hold each other accountable.  Sometimes gentle reminders have to be given.  I must say I am very proud of them and pleased with our progress!
