Nice. My husband can get frustrated by this. In his field, it seems the people who are promoted are drinking buddies with the boss. My husband rarely drinks, so he doesn’t go out and of course his name isn’t the top of the list. But he works incredibly hard!

These are great tips and and great suggestions too but some times work politics come into play . It’s like you you know high up which is unfair and can be demoralising .
