These homemade chocolate chip pancakes are so easy to make and cheaper than store bought. My 11 year old daughter actually made these and this is her recipe. 😉 Why not double or triple the batch and freeze some for later? Then, you can simply heat them up and serve homemade pancakes to your family all of the time.
- 1 1/2 C of Flour
- 3 1/2 Tsp of Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp of Salt
- 1 Tbsp of Sugar
- 1 1/4 C of Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1-2 Tbsp of Melted Butter
- 1/2 C chocolate chips
- Melt butter.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Preferably a bowl that will allow you to pour the batter into a pan.
- Cook on medium heat on stove top until batter begins to bubble. Flip and cook other side.
For Batch Cooking:
Double or Triple the recipe.
Place in Freezer Bags and freeze until ready to serve another day.
Place in microwave for 20 -25 seconds or place in Toaster, or Toaster Oven until warm.
Chocolate Chip Pancakes are sure to be a favorite at any meal. We ate them for Brunch with bacon on the side and a few fresh strawberries. This really is a delicious recipe!
