US Family Guide provided me with free tickets to LEGO KidsFest.  All opinions are my own and are not influenced by any form of compensation.

LEGO® KidsFest is currently on tour and recently stopped in Raleigh, NC.  The kids and I decided to make the hour and 15 minute drive for a chance to experience it for ourselves.

Right away in the parking deck outside of the Raleigh Convention Center we met an excited little boy and his father who had driven up from Myrtle Beach, SC!  I was impressed that they had driven 4 hours just to attend LEGO KidsFest.  Once inside I was wowed by the size of the event – 3 acres of FUN FUN FUN! By this time, we were so excited to get inside and play!  There were stations for every type of LEGO and everything was hands on.  We stayed for almost 4 hours and still did not see everything.  Well, we saw it, but didn’t get a chance to play in every station.  We enjoyed every minute of it.

I had to laugh after the third hour because you could see parents sitting on the floor just hanging out. They were wore out! 😉  Another thing I must mention is the fact that the staff was INCREDIBLE.  I have never seen such professionalism and patience around hundreds of children!  We did not meet one aggravated staff member.  They were all so kind and willing to help or answer questions.  Even the parents were calm and it was a family-friendly type of atmosphere the whole time.

My son wants a LEGO CHIMA birthday party now, so off to Pinterest I shall go! 😉

View Upcoming LEGO Events and purchase tickets online in advance!!  This event sold out in all sessions over a three day stay in Raleigh, NC.  It is well worth the admission price and any drive time to the event.

Here are a few pictures I took while we were there.  They can speak for me!
